Youth in Action (2007-2013)

Σύντομη Περιγραφή:

Objectives:
-Organise structured dialogue between the various actors in the youth field, in particular young people themselves, those actove in youth work and youth organisations and policy makers.
-Support Transnational and National Youth Seminars.
-Contribute to the developments of policy cooperation in the youth field.
-Facilitate the development of the networks necessary to a better understanding of youth.

Priorities:
-Combating violence against women.
-Sport as a tool to promote active citizenship and social inclusion of young people.
-Promoting healthy lifestyles through physical activities including sport.
-2009 European Year of Innovation and Creativity and Europen Parliament elections.

Qualifying activities:
-Transnational cooperation
-Creation of networks
-Dissemination of information
-Teaching
-Training
-Organisation of events
-Pilot project
-Exchange of know-how

Financed Actions:

Sub-Action 5.1 - Meetings of young people and those responsible for youth policy:
This sub-Action supports coopeartion, seminars and Structured Dialogue between young people, those active in youth work and those responsible for youth policy.
