EU GATEWAY PROGRAMME

Σύντομη Περιγραφή:

One of the European Commission’s strategic objectives is to strengthen the presence of European Union companies in Japan and Korea. The Programme runs for a multi-annual period from 2008 to 2015, focusing on assistance in specific technological sectors with a high market potential in Japan and Korea as well as design sectors.

The Programme’s focus is the organisation of sector-specific business missions to Japan and Korea. This allows EU companies to develop a productive and collaborative platform with their Japanese and Korean counterparts as well as gain an excellent first-hand understanding of doing business in Japan and Korea. Coaching is provided before, during and after the mission and is also available during meetings with potential Japanese and Korean business partners. Depending on their capacity and strategic objectives, EU Companies can choose to engage with either Japan or Korea, or with both countries.
