EIC Mission
To constitute the main vehicle for the promotion of information, tailor-made guidance, study and training on matters related to the European Union in general and with special emphasis on European Funding programmes.
- The provision of information and guidance to interested parties regarding European Funding Programmes.
- The study and promotion of information to the general public regarding European Institutions, EU policies, priorities and legislation.
- The participation of EIC in EU Programmes and initiatives that aim to raise public awareness on EU priority issues and policies, and therefore generating public benefit and added value for the Cypriot society.
- The provision of a forum for discussion and exchange of views with leading figures such as policy makers, government officials, business leaders and academics.
- The cooperation with Governmental agencies, Ministries, Universities and other national or international bodies of established level dealing with European Union affairs.
- The operation of a specialized library on European matters and the European Documentation Center (EDC).
