Leader: European Institute of Cyprus Partner: Hellenic Centre For European Studies (EKEM) Associate Partner: DIAS Duration: 1/8/2008 – 31/7/2009 Objectives: • To increase understanding and appreciation amongst Cypriot EU citizens on the significance of the Reform Treaty • Nourish a debate on the implications of the Reform Treaty amongst key multipliers in society (including media, civil society organizations, youth, academia) • Facilitate exchange of know how and cross fertilization of expertise between old and new member state to enrich the provision to of knowledge across the European citizens • Lay down the foundations for future collaboration of like minded civil society organizations resulting in wider and informed networks of dialogue as well as valuable action to support continual and long lasting reflection on Europe.
